"Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. "Enjoyed a fantastic 3 nights at Rockypop Flaine with 3 friends. Hotel is perfectly located for getting on to the slopes and our 1 bedroom appartement was spot on! Very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfy beds! Pool and spa also fantastic and a lovely treat at the end of a day skiing! Loved the fun nature and style of the hotel and hope to return with my family as great for kids as well! "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location on the pistes just above three main lifts (green or red runs down). We arrived at lunchtime and dropped our luggage at the local ski shop, changed and hit the slopes. At the end of the day we skied straight into the hotel and had a drink while they picked up our luggage.
