"I had bedbugs in my room. The hotel handled it well by switching my room and ultimately moving me to the Plaza location, along with refunding my stay and parking fees. I'm waiting on reimbursement, offered by the manager Andrew R., for replacement luggage, medical care, and other expenses. Will update when that matter is resolved. Overall liked the hotel and amenities - the meal/snack offered daily was a nice way to save money on my trip. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool area but walking over it, appeared clean and functional."
