Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent."

"Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer. Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India. Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined...

"The service at the front desk was good and at the restaurant was excellent.Well situated close to shopping centre and the Auto stand was just 100 meters up the road. One thing that was not quite in order was the so called minibar.It was first absent and when asked for an empty nonworking cooling fridge working on the peltier principle with fan was provided.Later a compressor fridge was brought.This did not work as the compressor never switched on.Finally another Peltier fridge which was working...
