"Right from the door man to the front desk associate, all staff were very friendly, helpful & courteous. Staff at the restaurant were very welcoming too. Bell boys & housekeeping staff were more than willing to help. Apart from the amenities in a hotel, it's the essential staff (mentioned above) that make a big difference in the service satisfaction to the guest staying at any hotel. Me & my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay at Olive Downtown Kochi & will return again. "

"Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent."
