No frills accommodation. Typical motel setup. Rooms are spacious and recently renovated. Full size fridge, microwave and the essentials. Ashtrays outside rooms. SO many of them. The entire outside reeks and penetrates the rooms. And of course it’s loud. You will hear voices and noise from adjacent rooms. All in all, adequate for a short night or two.

Bathroom exhaust fan pumped smoke odors into room
When I checked in, the clerk told me repeatedly that there was no smoking in the rooms- which I greatly appreciate. As soon as I turned on the exhaust fan in the bathroom, the entire bathroom filled with the stench of pot and cigarette smoke. I do not know if there is a filter that needs to be cleaned and the air is just recirculated or if the exhaust fans are connected to other rooms and the smell was coming from an adjoining room. Other than the cigarette and pot smell, everything was okay. This would be a good place to stay if you had a work stint that lasted several weeks.

Was given towels & washcloths for 2 people but 3 people were in the room. Desk clerk was reluctant to give us more. Had to use the same sheets and towels our entire 5 day stay. Management was rude.

I picked a non smoking room, but immediately after walking in, I instantly smelled cigarette smoke. Everything smelled like smoke which made me feel icky. The floors were dirty - like they hadn’t been mopped in months. The toilet was really slow to flush. The only good thing was the big walk in shower, the area was quiet, and it was only 20 minutes from Atlantic City. Would I stay here again for another weekend trip? Probably not.

It was a good stay. Route 322 is always busy and motorists speed through there. It may be hard to get out at times especially during morning or evening work day traffic. Just a 15 minute drive to Ocean City one way and the same going to Atlantic City. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated but some of the usual amenities like blow dryers for women or irons were not part of the rooms. Fridges were much larger than the usual mini-fridges that are in most rooms. Good to have if you plan on staying more than two days. If you have smaller children, Storybook land is just down Hwy 322 about 5 miles. Hamilton Mall is nearby also. Overall, it was good but there were some shady characters that appear to be actually living there as witnessed by the cats in a downstairs room window sill. Bathrooms are big. Hot water was great after a day at the beach. Price is good for what you get.

We were a little upset cause we 1st went to our room @ 11pm & the room was NEVER CLEANED from previous people…U would think since we got there late at night it would have been cleaned… we had no problem getting another room but we had to sleep in separate beds…in our room the kitchen & bathroom are a nice set up…in both rooms there is a an aroma smell that’s not horribly bad but not comforting either

The front desk check-in individual rules. She didn’t remember any request made with our reservations. The rooms do not come with iron or board. Room looks outdated and to add no coffee machine in room. Had to purchase pillow, sheet protector and cleaning supplies for my 2 night stay. Will not recommend property to anyone.

I booked and paid for the stay at 10am and arrived at 4:30pm. They told me they had no booking. It took almost 2 hours to finally get into a room. They wanted me to pay them when I had already paid. They said I had to get the money back from Expedia. I wasn't going to pay double and fight to get money back. The woman from Expedia was a great help. i think she charged it on her carg so we could get the room.
