"Staff & hospitality was outstanding, as usual. Breakfast was very good. Just that guests should be made aware of certain etiquettes, eg gym usage, showering before using the pool & unnecessary screams by the kids should be made aware to the parents so as not to be a bother for guests. If you are uaving a nice movktail in such a beautiful setting and then a child (acting like a brat) screams and the parents dont say anything, it is a bit uncultured & bit uncalled for. "Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Good ambience and view just outside the room. Negatives: Communication issues with some of the staff (don't understand English). Hotel has no restaurant, only a kitchen, so you have to order your meals beforehand. This was not communicated properly. Room service did not pick up the phone at 6:30 am. "
