"We are attending Fanime at the San Jose Convention Center. This hotel is just across the street. Our room was not ready at the 3pm checkin time, but we were able to register and were called when the room was ready. The front desk people were super nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the dinner we had in the restaurant was delicious! Instead of using the valet parking ($51), we left the car in the SJ Convention Center garage. "

"Details were amazing from quality of bedding to shampoo.... fantastic stay! Having live music is a nice added touch to the lobby restaurant, only recommendation is for the music to be 'background' sound level, the singer was a little too loud... everything else was FANTASTIC! "

"I liked that there was plenty of free parking and I liked the buffet breakfast and the social hour appetizers. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only negative and it's my opinion only, is there weren't a huge selection of TV channels to choose from. "
