"We stayed in the T area. The parking near the elevator was not great. There was only 6 spots available. We did use a luggage cart, which helped a lot. We had our 19 month old with us and we enjoyed our stay. Didnt get to enjoy the indoor pool because we were busy exploring the area. We did get to eat at the complimentary breakfast buffet both days and that was nice. "

"The person who check us in was maybe having a bad day. We have stayed at Kingship many time but this was the first time to book through Expedia. She was grumpy and gave us a room that had not been cleaned so we had to wait. Came back down stairs and she didn’t make eye contact or apologize. The cleaning staff were super nice and did an excellent job with the room. This hotel is our favorite spot when we see shows in town as we live far. We were kinda disappointed. "

"The outside is deceiving ! Inside, the home looks really luxurious and also has a Starbucks. The rooms are a little outdated though. Toilets waste a lot of water and are very slow to flush. The indoor pool was really nice and heated, though only about 3 1/2 feet all around. I like that there were vending machines on a lot of floors and how kind the staff was. I would stay here again. "
