"The apartment had a very Scandinavian feel to it - simple but complete. The bed was comfortable. There were blackout shades in the bedroom. The dining area was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was excellent- very welcoming and provided lots of information for seeing Hamburg."

I should have paid extra for a proper room with a private bathroom and ample room for my luggage. Staff were really good and helpful. There was a reasonable bar in the wider reception area. This was also the area where a buffet breakfast was served. It was an "eat all you can" buffet, but the choice was very limited. No hot food at all. And the room was too small to accommodate all...

A little maintenance needed on toilet seat (loose) and there is a slight odor at the entrance rug but otherwise all good and I would definitely stay here again. Location is very close to the train station!"
