"The first room I was given smelled like smoke. They quickly moved me to another room. The buffet dinner was not worth the price. It would have been better and more enjoyable to order room service. The breakfast was also not great. Eggs had no flavor. French toast was cold and looked old. Threw out the first plate and went for hummus, cheese and vegetables, which was a much better choice. "I liked being in a part of town that is old and has some history. I also liked to be on the Dubai Creek and enjoyed thaking the small ferries to visit some sights. Very convenient to the metro as well. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The cafeteria service off-hours was great and breakfast was very abundant and offered great variety of food."
