"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. Nothing quite compares to having your swimming pool outside your door. The room was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Ocean currents have removed most of the sand on the hotel's small beach. If you want a beach experience, you'll have to travel south to Chaweng or Lamai beach. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was nice overall, the check in process took a while & our bags coming up to the room was also delayed. I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. It was my birthday and they did not have the room decorated prior to check in. Overall the staff was nice but the stay could’ve been better. Hotel is pretty conveniently located."

Only about 20 min from the main area in Chiang Mai- easy to get rides from “Grab”. Highly recommended "

"Fantastic location. Cool villa with terrace and pool. Excellent beakfast buffet. Convenient very long pool on the beach ideal for swimming. BUT : -Stones on the beach should be regularly removed. -Parasols on the beach would be nice to have. - Rooms and facilities need renovations. -Housekeeping service was often in late afternoon ( morning service would be better). "
