"The hotel is clean and quiet but it's not suited for summer use. Top-floor rooms feel like an oven. No window curtains. In the annex building (not the one shown in the photos), there are solid exterior blinds that cut off fresh air completely, if lowered. No AC either. At least a $5 fan could be provided in the rooms. Couldn't get any sleep."

I have mention before that we are vegetarian so that they can provide something for breakfast .. but they did not provide anything g and wen I requested for bread to one of lady staff .. she was really rude .. very disappointing"

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly. "This hotel is amazing. It’s a five star hotel and they treat you like a star. Service is incredible! Hotel itself is funky and a little old fashioned. We stayed at the Marina side of it and it’s a bit weird and not modern but you forget about it by the way they take care of you. Beautiful view, pools and spa! Loved the experienced!"

"This is a beautiful property! We were in Switzerland for 10 days and although we were only at this location one night it was hands down the nicest room of the stay. The lake view room was so beautiful. Great location and very convenient for travellers as the bus station is right outside the building."
