The staff was extremely attentive and the service and value greatly exceeded the cost.

AC Wasn't working. I booked a room their website listed as full here on expedia. You can only do this if Expedia lists the room as available. But I'm glad I did, we got an incredible upgrade to a king suite, way better than what we previously booked. This came Reddit suggested and it worked. The staff was very friendly, the pool was unfortunately closed, and besides the room staying at a constant 76* the stay was incredible.

Check in was quick and flawless. Very professional, polite and friendly hotel staff at the Omni and the accommodation are wonderful. I won't stay anywhere else!

The bed was extremely comfortable. I just wish they gave out breakfast.

I stayed for 3 nights in one of the Deluxe River View rooms at the Pittsburgh Fairmount. I give top marks for the staff, the ambience, location, quality of the room and the services at the hotel. Try the lobby bar, it's comfortable, has a nice atmosphere and they have a killer kiwi drink with gin (see photo). Lots of nice touches like the filtered cold water machine in the ice room, a bowl of fruit and bottled water in the lobby for people coming back from their morning run. The North Shore trail and the routes along the river are easy to get to and are perfect for a run or walk. I'm not much of a sports fan but there was a lot of excitement around the Pirate's stadium, some fun looking bars and restaurants, and it was just a short walk across the 6th Street bridge. I opted for a visit to the the nearby Warhol museum.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend of shopping, gambling, eating great food, and leaf peeping. Our stay was extremely satifiying and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was central to all the things we wanted to do. The room was clean and we had a wonderful nights sleep. No hallway noise and clean sheets, towels, brds, and rugs. The breakfast was good, and I have nothing but good things to say about my stay.

I loved the hotel, from the free breakfast to the indoor pool and Jacuzzi to the indoor gym. I paid 218 from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Everything was near by Wal-Mart, fast food places. it is not no big fancy and overpriced hotel with casino right there half of the time you will be most likely out of your hotel so why bother paying for a pricey hotel if you are just going to sleep and shower there and spend the rest of your time outdoors like I did.
