"This now being my 4th stay, that probably speaks volumes. On this occasion due to travel issues at Dubai airport, i arrived 13 hours late, with no luggage as it had been delayed in Dubai. I assisted in purchasing some new cloths so i had freash clothes for the morning, while i was doing that my favourite meal had been made for my supper Thanks guys for making my late arrival as easy as possible. "I had an exceptional experience at the Taj resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and received anything we desired. They even went out of their way to mail back an item I left in the room after I checked out. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I travel to Goa again. "
