"It was a beautiful getaway in the heart of the old city. Clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing Abdul Lateef in particular was so kind and accommodating. The hotel arranged suhoor for us. The room was huge! I highly recommend this Riyad and would stay here again. Negatives: The stairs might be too much for the elderly or people with mobility issues. The bathtub was chipped in places."

"This was a great riad to stay at during our time in Fes. Zaca and Fatima were great staff who we could always rely on to accomodate our needs. The first night was a bit rocky because the water wouldn't get hot for quite some time and the heater in the room took time to warm up as well. Having said that, we used the hammam and the massage at this riad and we loved it. Fatima was great at the hammam and the spa. "The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...
