"Nice place to stay, otherwise if you get those rooms that are facing the street then it really loud from the other side of street from playing music at night. Otherwise it good. Some of the rooms a/c are not as cold as other rooms. Some room are broken down, like leaking from sink, bathroom door and dresser door handles are missing or broken. Same things with shower head, but didn’t bother me too much. If you are looking for a place that are really nice than it not this hotel. This is your average hotel that all."

"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

"Room is clean Check in made me feel discriminated Dark and no light for self parking Security people are not able to direct me where to park at night. Cuz me to park wrong place n move back to correct place For a nice hotel why do they limit lighting at night"
