"This hotel is closed. I booked on Expedia. Went to the hotel on 14 July to check-in. The gates were locked. The rooms were padlocked & a woman yelled at me from a window "closed" I then had to find other accommodation carrying a backpack in terrible heat. After being turned away from 3 other hotels I finally found other accommodation. "3 Nagas is perfectly located in a part of Luang Prabang that is very convenient to restaurants. The incredible staff makes every morning’s breakfast a refreshing embrace of the new day. "

"Room was clean but run down feeling. Fan OK but didn't swivel, no AC, toilet very odd and no separation (door/curtain) from rest of room. Owner helpful enough but when he wasn't around service wasn't great. Limited choices in the town so this is good enough, and you can easily walk up to the other guesthouses and restaurants "

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious while also maintaining the character of Luang Prabang. The restaurant was delicious as well. The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things. We had no trouble getting a taxi instead. Great price for a lovely...
