"Unfortunately, I can't review this hotel. We arrived and they were rebuilding beside and in front of the hotel. There was no parking as advertised. None of this is advertised obviously. After complaining, I was sent to their sister hotel, The Silver Naga, which was very nice. It is a shame hotels do things like this and not advise people."

"Average boutique hotel. We had a nice, large hotel. No upgrades offered. There is NO elevators. You will be walking to your room, several stairs to carry your luggage to and from. Staff helped with luggage transport but if you have medical issues that prevents you from heavy lifting and walking up flights of stairs, I probably would not stay here. "This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfasts because they had lots of options, even for a vegetarian like me. In addition, the staff was professional, kind and very helpful."

"This hotel, along with several others, offers a balcony with a great view of the river, mountains behind and passing hot air balloons but beware of the boat noise if spending any time in the room during the day. Our room was in great need of an update. Torn curtains and comforter, a safe too small for a 14” laptop, redundant wall brackets from long removed towel bars, and low powered mismatched lighting were poor choices for replacing whatever had been there originally. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. They even provided us a breakfast bag on departure since we had an early morning flight. Lovely stay during our brief time in Luang Prabang"
