"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious while also maintaining the character of Luang Prabang. The restaurant was delicious as well. The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things. "Our family occupied 3 rooms during our stay here and it was such a relaxing and great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great resort-like vibe throughout. The pool was an incredible touch - our family used it multiple times a day when we weren’t on tours/activities. Staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and polite. Nothing negative to say about this hotel - met and exceeded expectations. Location was great - we walked every night into the city to the night markets...
