The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. "This is within easy walking distance from the bookshops of Church Street, and the old eating establishments like Konark, MTR (old branch), Koshy's. The service is a bit of a hit-and-miss: asked for a two person stay but got only one set of towels. For the rest, service was courteous and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant staying experience, especially if your work takes you to the center of Bangalore."

"Staff was polite and approachable. Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend to others. But i think the management needs some minor improvements. For example as a guest i have the right of infirmation about extra charges that are clearly written or explained before checkin. A small piece of paper or information slip with all details clearly mentioned would be helpful. We got the extra cot only after i called the service at 11pm.
