The broken sewage in front of the property made it impossible to walk outside. I never accessed the pool as I was told it is closed after 7:00 pm. For example as a guest i have the right of infirmation about extra charges that are clearly written or explained before checkin. A small piece of paper or information slip with all details clearly mentioned would be helpful. We got the extra cot only after i called the service at 11pm. "Thi is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had in my many visits to Bengaluru and other cities in India. The front desk staff is EXCELLENT. The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional.
