"Golf course on property was Excellent….We did have an issue with water not being on in the bathroom but turned on when told. Additionally the hot valve was Not working at all. Once these items were repaired with a credit to our account thing we’re fantastic!"

"Overall stay was amazing. Love the vibe of the staff and other travelers. The only downfall was having to pay for umbrellas and lounge chairs - $7 US each. The beach is beautiful and is just across the street. Visitors come from other resorts as well as locals to hang out at Doctors Cave. Would I visit again? Yes yes and yes. "

"As a first-time visitor with this property (RIU Palace), overall I was pleased until cockroaches started showing up in my room and the kids' room. We were on the ground floor so that could be why but they need to do a better job of ensuring it's not invested with roaches. We also had the most embarrassing situation over at RIU Reggae. We went over for dinner one night and the manager there literally snatch the plates from my child and sister hand and told them with no uncertain terms that we...

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time."
