"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

The beach is beautiful and is just across the street. Visitors come from other resorts as well as locals to hang out at Doctors Cave. Would I visit again? Yes yes and yes. "

"This is my second time staying with Riu my first time in 2019 in Mexico this time in Jamaica, as expected beautiful property! Staff was generally pleasant. Food was OK. Only drawback was a lot of walking. No elevators stayed in villa four which was quite far away from the main building two floors up stairs with my luggage all the way at the end of my floor very very long walk. If Booking this resort and you have limitations, my suggestion is to request one of the very first villas, possibly...

"I had a very pleasant stay here at the Grand Palladium. The service and hotel was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly. My only drawback was the TravelClub presentation. I felt forced to attend and I did not like that. When we didnt agree to joining the club, our guide Travis became unfriendly. I dont come on vacation to attend meetings and then made to feel bad when I dont agree. They should really think about the travelers time and be more mindful on how they handle oppositions....

The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort.
