"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "The Hotel Nikko was a good place. The location is nice - close to all the spots in Tamuning, but still quiet. The room was fine, but could have had more attention to cleaning - the bathroom had hair in the corners. Staff were helpful and friendly."
