"We ended up here after a terrible experience somewhere else where we had to leave after only 2 days into our 4 night stay, so expectations were already higher than normal. The experience was great before we even arrived, i had contacted the property hoping for an early check in since we had checked out from the previous hotel. The front desk staff were very accommodating, professional and respectful. They allowed us to check in early and just driving up to the property which is perfectly hidden...

Multiple maintenance people came to our room and said they will be back and never came back to fix the fan This one on for five days we wasted a lot of time going back-and-forth to the service stack and got nowhere I would not recommend this resort"

"Staff was great and very nice. Very good people. However, the kitchen is full of roaches and there was no electricity in my bedroom. The owner seems to be very neglegent of this property and i wouldnt come here again even if i was paid to. Couldn’t even jump in the swimming pool without the roaches joining me. The infestation comes from the countertop in the kicthen where they breed and live."
