The property was very well maintained. Rooms were very good size. The food was great. The staff was awesome from Luddy, Pedro & David at See & Sea, to Amelia at French restaurant, jesus Anthony, at breakfast Buffett & Niel at Italian. All the staff made our stay excellent!

service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. The beach and pools were absolutely amazing and in great shape, we had the least seaweed of all of the miles of beach we walked. There was a long wait at check in and they did move us where we hadn’t wanted to be… but responded well to these issues. There is a little night club, a little casino, shopping at multiple stores, activities on the beach… so lots to do. we did the hydrotherapy and that was nice. The rest of the spa was overpriced for what you get. Did I mention service was outstanding?! Needs to be said again :) I would say with a little improvement in the decor and some fixing of rooms particularly the bath area and a little more flavor to the food it would be 5 stars.
