"On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff, and we were offered an upgrade to a room with private pool. It was very kind and it definitely made our stay much better, but... - the grass was cut in a way that the cut offs were left there, so every time one got in and out of the pool, grass got everywhere - there was no mat provided to dry/wipe feet before going inside - the bathtub and showerhead were incredibly old, dirty and broken.
