"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. There are no refrigerators in room now, since Pandemic. There are no restaurants nearby so after 9pm or so, suggest you have food in room. The large garden...

"This hotel is awesome. It is beautiful colonial style with tropical trees and animals (sloths, deer, guacamayas...). The best breakfast buffett you can imagine. Very friendly staff. The pools are awesome and they have their private section on the public beach for hotel guests. Super safe...the office for Spain Consulate is on its premises. Loved it!!!"

"The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus. "

"The people is very kind, the place is an old big house with a nice pool, on the other hand, we were placed in a very small room, it was not a double room (as we had booked) , it hardly have a single bed for two people, no fan, no tv, no closet. we were placed between the garage and the kitchen, a lot of people making noise, so we could not stay there, we asked for a money refound and the gave us the money without the extra 5% that they charge for the credit card (they dont have to charge this...

"This was a nice place to stay at in the Coffee Region. Service and restaurant were both great and the staff was very helpful in helping us arrange tours and taxis. Rooms were nice and simple with cable and wifi. Would recommend this as a great base for exploring Colombia's beautiful coffee triangle."
