Really nice hotel in good location. Service is first rate.

The one thing that struck me the most about this hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There was not a single request they were not able to accommodate (My wife wanted arepas for breakfast, but they were not being offered that morning. The waitress still went and got her some). The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The only thing I would caution future travellers is the fact that the attention at the hair salloon is very slow ... and the hairstylists not very good. They are nice and helpfull like everyone else, simply not very good at hair styling.

we are wow with the holiday inn in Bogota. It does not compare with the Holiday inns in Florida.

Well run, clean, good servcie, and even good internet service ! Was very pleased with this hotel and its staff.

Wonderful staff, especially John the bartender... most everyone spoke english. Stayed in a balcony suite on the 10th floor, great view

This is the worst "3 Star" hotel I have EVER stayed in. The property needs a MAJOR renovation - everywhere. It is over-priced. We stayed in a so-called suite. It was shabby. No king bed. Lights in the bathroom kept flickering - despite being "repaired" during our stay. The shower head was worn out so water just trickled. It was the worst stay I've ever had and I travel all the time and to Colombia at least once a month. Breakfast was scanty and well below 3 Star standards. The gym was tiny and poorly equipped. No irons are availabble. You HAVE to use their dry cleaning service - of course for a fee. Unlike, for example, the Dann Hotel you are charged if you order in from a local restaurant. The ONLY redeeming quality was the young lady in the so-called Business Center. She was very professional and pleasant. The Center itself is very outdated and poorly equipped. They served cold coffee with no creamer. When I asked for creamer, I was told that they do NOT provide it in the Center. Simply totally unacceptable - and unbelievable. Shameful.
