"The service at this property is what makes it 5 star. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I stayed is 2 types of rooms while there. The medium size with balcony and the small room. I would recommend the small room over the balcony room. The balcony is not what you would expect; it is tucked back into the building and not the width of the room. Technically a balcony, but you have a wall to your right and left. The other problem is the noise. You can look out your window at the street, but you will wake up by all the street noise in the morning. Switched to an interior small room and first; didn't seem smaller at all and it was so nice to have a quiet room. 2 seperate bars rooftop both with amazing service and cocktails. "

"Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Room cleaned everyday. Free breakfast was lovely. The gym needs some uplifting as the equipment is quite old and some machines defunct."

"This was our second time staying at York Luxury Suites Medellín and we loved it. It is a very luxurious, safe, and clean hotel. The views from this hotel are immaculate. The staff is always very welcoming and nice. Edison Sanchez always greeted us with a smile and was always helpful. It is a short ride to Provenza, but far enough to enjoy some quality sleep. It is near the Sao Paulo shopping area which has a lot of great dining options and there is a grocery store (Carulla) and pharmacies near by. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Medellín. "
