"Started out horrible with our room right on same wall as elevator. Asked to be moved, but couldn’t When the staff at the spa was made aware, they made a phone call and we had a much better sleeping experience the second night of our stay not hearing the elevator every few minutes "

"Loved the hotel! It was clean, and safe, with only a short walk to the top of Clifton hill. It would’ve been nice to have a larger dining space for breakfast. From 7:30 to 9:30 the dining area was packed and it was challenge to find a table. But that was probably cause it was a long weekend. We loved the vibe as well, and next time will try to get a room on the 2floor or higher. "

"We came for our "familymoon" after our wedding and it was such a fun time. We had our weddijg on Star Wars Day and we dodnt book the themed rooms, but we lucked out and got a room on the space floor. So it was very much on theme with out wedding "

"Small room but very cozy bed and pillows. Bathroom was just renovated last week and is beautiful but again very very small. Front desk staff were beyond amazing. We were upgraded to a higher floor and Fallsview at no extra cost or request. Aaron did our check-in and even had treats for our toddler. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular. Parking was $39 extra and worth it for in and our privilege for 2 days (we had a one night stay). Location was perfect at the bottom...

"Normally when we stay here there are no issues. This time we could not get the room temperature regulated. We like a cool room at night. We had them tem down to 67 but we still had to throw blankets off and out pet could not get comfortable either. He jumped from bed to bed and was on the floor to find a cool spot. Will be checking to make sure cooling system is working next time."
