"I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. "The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. "The property itself was amazing, the beach was definitely the best on island, the staff was unbelievably accommodating! We stayed in the honeymoon suite-wasn’t our honeymoon but we are newly married. We could hear the property next door as it was wishing 10’ of our palapa. The only other thing I can say is that we were not aware that they only served beer and wine and no other alcoholic beverages at the resort. Would definitely stay again if visiting. "
