The best thing about this property was the sealife. The only nice employee of the property was Enrique and I give him 5 stars. Thank you Enrique for everything you did for us. We had to call for tp,paper towels, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, every day it was something even though house keeping came daily. I asked her if she could mop the floors every other day and she told me no its done once before you come so i asked her if i could use the mop and she gladly went and got it for me. I have never stayed at a place where they don't clean your floors daily. Very unimpressed with housekeeping. We are 1 breakfast at the property and our waiter took our orders, brought us our food and he never came back to our table. We had to go get our check. Upon check in David wanted to charge me andci told him that i had already paid in full but he insisted that he hadn't received the payment. I told him I had the email and i was not yet hooked up to wifi so i could show him and he put the full amount on my credit card anyways and not giving me the chance to show him. We went to our room and i just wanted to relax after a long dayvof traveling but now I need to search for this email. I found the email and walked down to check-in and showed him,he says now I have to call the travel agency to get the refund because it's easier this way. No it's easier for David not me! I will never return here.

David was wonderful. The hotel does everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. They provide transportation from the airport and water ferry and also will book your flight to San Pedro from Belize city if you would like. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The room is a little outdated but still was a good stay. I was not happy with the bar closing early and the pool not being as deep.

I loved that the property was so close to town (with the golf cart) yet such a quiet escape. It was so nice to be in the room completely secluded. The bar and restaurant is just a few steps away and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved this stay. The room was very nice. The only downside is it is on the lagoon side and swimming is not recommended in the lagoon due to the wildlife (barracuda and crocodiles). We never saw any crocodiles, but did have several large barracuda swimming under and around us several nights we were there. They solve the swimming by providing a personal plunge pool, in addition to the main pool and hot tub. I liked the location, as it gets you away from all of the craziness in San Pedro town, but you are a close golf cart ride away. Only downside is the gravel road once you turn off the main road is pretty rough and bumpy. You can pull your golf cart right up to your room, which is very nice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic lagoon view, spacious deck, so very relaxing. Great communication with David before we arrived. Thankful for the complimentary airport pick up and drop off since we didn’t rent a golf cart for our stay. The cabana had everything we wanted (kitchen, plunge pool, hammock, lounger, king bed, private deck etc). We really liked the separate bedroom with a door since one of us is an early riser. The wifi was decent. The decor could do with a refresh though. Not being allowed to flush toilet paper was a surprise. Adding bidets to all the toilets would make that less of an issue I think. A golf cart is a good idea for this location. Walking out to the street and the few local stores doesn’t take long, about 10 minutes, but it’s hot and dusty. We each hitchhiked out of the complex a few times. People were kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cut short our next stay to come back here for the last 3 nights of our trip. David was kind enough to even book us the same room. We were delighted, and oh so very relaxed.
