"Brilliant hotel location with gated parking (entrance is around the corner from the hotel). Nice outdoor courtyard and indoor bar area. Room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 3pm, but we didn’t have to wait too long for it, and the receptionist was very apologetic. Room had a sofa, which is always nice to have. You have to pre-book the parking space at Hotel Acacia, and (within 24 hours of arrival) register your vehicle for access to Bruges Old Town, otherwise you risk a fine for daytime...

"It was a good hotel with a very comfortable bedroom. The shower floor was dangerous , very slippery, for an older person and suggest rubber mat. No view from window but quiet and comfortable. Staff were good - fetched some forgotten items from my bedroom! Penelope Reid"

"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. Rooms are very basic, but you don't go to Brussels to sit in a hotel room. Highy recommend this property."
