"I loved everything about this hotel. Very good location, parking is easy. Though it would be nice if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking management to have in and out privileges for the hotel guests. Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. We had lunch there as well, enjoyed surroundings while sited outside. "The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"We love this property because of its proximity to and view of the train station. This time we got a room with a view - thoroughly enjoyed that as the sky changed from afternoon sun to dusk to dark to morning sun! The breakfast buffet is not great and both times we've stayed here the checkin process has been quite lengthy - I think we were in line about 40 minutes this time."

"+cleaness, calm, confort - air quality, air was dry and qoke me up several time to drink water. Better to have a kettle so can use my own tea bags. Not a fan of the coffee machine. There is a tablet but was not working, so not sure the purpose of it. Otherwise, I had a great stay... good "

"Nice, clean hotel with comfortable room and close to Brussels Central metro. Bathroom layout was designed for a smaller person with a the toilet right up against the wash basin. Shower also seemed to alternate between hot and cold water. Room service was good and bed was comfortable."
