"All staff were excellent and number of staff on hand was superb. Holiday Inn came to our rescue when we decided to quickly vacate another boutique style hotel in Munich with unchanged sheets, dirty room and rude unapologetic staff. We were overjoyed to get immediate accommodation in a clean room and very friendly reception and wait staff. "They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit. "

"This is a great place to stay to explore Munich. It is a reasonable walk to many museums and has great transportation options close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was solid and enjoyable. I will stay here again if I ever find myself in Munich again. "

"Very nice hotel overall. A little disappointing that the “view” out of the windows was an inner rooftop area of blank walls. Also, small things such as a cheap coffee maker in the room and no shower lotion soap, just bar soap. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the lobby is very nice. "
