Holiday Inn came to our rescue when we decided to quickly vacate another boutique style hotel in Munich with unchanged sheets, dirty room and rude unapologetic staff. We were overjoyed to get immediate accommodation in a clean room and very friendly reception and wait staff. "We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to get around as it was a quick walk to the central train station and close enough to the old town to walk as well. We knew what to expect as far as self check in and limited cleaning. The room layout was great and enough space for two. We had a hiccup with our safe not opening the morning of our departure (with our passports inside) and maintenance had the issue resolved in under a half an hour. Amazing service! I would happily stay again:)"

"Fantastic location very close to Marienplatz in Munich centre with loads of 'big ticket' items to see and do. Traditional style of hotel, which I love, but might not to be to everyone's taste. If you want a glass & chrome hotel - this isn't it. Everything was in good order and I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Munich."
