"Very nice, comfortable hotel"

"Comfy, homely, reasonably priced. Lounge is dirty. 10am checkout is unheard of these days, most places are 11am checkout and often agree to a complimentary 12pm checkout when requested, which is a lovely touch! Overall, a comfy stay just a stones throw away from darling harbour. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We loved the fully equiped kitchens and washer and dryer. "

"We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools. "

"Lovely property which was clean and well maintained. Pity about the construction next door but it doesn’t at this stage impact your stay. Pool area and roof top garden are lovely. Rooftop garden is great for photos of the Gold Coast both during the day and at night "

"Good central position and all the basics were there. Crook older TV without all channels available. Bed was nice and basic cooking was possible despite not everything being there like the base for the steamer pot. Coffee pod machine faulty, but usable, a bit tight and inconsistent with daily consumables. Warm and comfortable."
