"The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service."

"Absolutely amazing views and amenities! Going back again without a doubt. We had a queen room suite ocean view and it was amazing. Separate bedroom with normal door to close, jet tub with large shower head and kitchen with full size fridge enclosed balcony with sliding door off living room, electric fireplace and heater and big screen tv in both bedroom and living room. Gorgeous view and patio set on balcony. Worth every penny and went in early June of 2026. This was a total of about 515 dollars for the weekend of Friday check in and Sunday check out. The couch in living room is also a three seater couch and pull out sofa for sleeping other guests. When we return we will be bringing our children as there is also a fire pit they have on every night near the outdoor pool, there is an indoor heated pool and hot tub and the walk to the private beach (Nantucket Sound) is just steps away and already has chairs set up for their guested to lounge. It is more high end resort than hotel. Loved it and look forward to returning asap!"

"Waited 3 hours to check-in. I did arrive early so it was understandable that I had to wait but I didn't receive my room until nearly 5:00 which is an hour after check-in. The hot tubs are under renovation which I didn't know when booking. I specifically booked a room with a jetted tub as well and the jets didn't work. The shower was peeling and overall the room looked old. The grounds were well maintained however and had many grills to use. The pool was also nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again though with so many other options nearby"
