"This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai."

"A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs. "

"Staff is accommodating. Great location near quaint park and several dining options including in the mall a five minute walk away. The water for the shower doesn't get very hot or stay hot long. The rooms show a little wear and tear but price when I first checked in made the stay a real value. Prices climbed up during EID and wasn't as good of value. Still a good stay."

"We had a creek view booked i was very excited but unfortunately there’s buildings built in front of it !! "I had a wonderful stay. The hotel suite had a nice view of the creek. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly. Short walk to metro, food, old souq and many historical places. I would recommend it."
