"The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the pools are clean. Nicely placed right on the beach, just far enough away from the broad walk and pier. There’s a local store for your needs but the hotel does offer free donuts, juice and coffee but no dining as such. It’s clear that the damage from recent bad weather has taken its toll on the pool area, and is badly in need of repair as are some of the hotel structures. Overall a good value for...

"Positives - great location Prompt response for minor issues from the owners Great front desk and service personnel Good accommodation for a bed get price with a kitchenette Direct access to beach is shut at the minute but another entryway is right next door. Very close Beach chairs and other equipment in the room. Not so positives A lot of weed smell in the hallways Cooking utensils can be replaced - all Teflon is gone . TV was on 24 hours in the neighboring unit Had two random loud knocks...
