We needed sofa bed for our kids and it was also really bad. Kids ended up just sleeping on cushions on floor. It really was that bad. "Overall, this property is a really good value. While it does not have all of the amenities of higher cost alternatives, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the views in our ocean view room were great. The only drawbacks were the lack of a pool, and the somewhat dated rooms. Still a great value for the money. "

"Booked for short Rockville stay. 10/10 has everything you’ll need. 15-20 min drive from venue. The inclusive breakfast came in clutch after a long night. They could have vacuumed my room, so cleanliness was a 3/5. Other than that, it was a good stay! Right on the water! "
