The owners of this guest house are very sweet and accommodating. The view of the Celtic Sea from our room gave me peace and the location is second to none. St. Ives is a magical place, but this stay made it that much better.

Absolutely loved this stay! I highly recommend. Charlotte and Gavin could not have been more lovely or accommodating. The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and they views were delightful.

Amazing B&B in St Ives
Lovely B&B . My room had the most amazing views . Lots of choices for breakfast and very attentive hosts. Highly recommended and I wont hesitate to stay again.

Had a 3 night stay whilst on a work trip and it was excellent. The hosts got in touch about check in time and were accommodating with my situation. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout my whole stay. The whole place was very clean, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good and the location superb. Not a bad word to say.

Friendly B&B in the centre of St Ives
Great B&B in the centre of St Ives, just a short walk from the Tate gallery and beach. Charlotte and Gavin were very welcoming and helpful, letting us check-in a bit later and leave our bags after check-out. They also made some great restaurant recommendations. Room and breakfast were both nice.

We recently had a lovely 4 night stay at Tregony Guest House. Charlotte and Gavin were the the perfect hosts. They had taken every precaution to deal with covid and we were really assured with measures that they had put in place. Our breakfast every day was superb and the room was bright and exceptionally clean.

Room was very clean, warm and beautifully done out. Owners were very nice and friendly - they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfasts were excellent, cooked fresh to order. The view from our room over the beach was fantastic. Found parking close to the property easy - and free parking very close out of season. Location is great: right behind the Tate, a stone's throw from the beach and a very short walk into the High Street and harbour./

This was my first time in.a b&b and I couldn’t have wished for a better introduction. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious with a wide variety. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a fantastic view. When I arrived I was told to treat it as my home and that was just how it felt. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Brilliant Guest House
Had a fantastic stay in June 2019 for 7 nights. Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Room was very clean and contemporary with plenty of refreshments to choose from and well stocked every day. There was a very good choice on the breakfast menu and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay again

Perfect!
Our stay was perfect! Gavin and Charlotte were so welcoming and friendly and our room was clean with a lovely view. We could even see some baby seagulls from our room which was quite entertaining! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend!

Lovely little guest house. Charlotte and gavin were fantastic hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was fab, lovely views. The hand gel and shower gels were a really nice touch. Immaculately clean and lovely towels. The only slightly negative I would give is that if you are on the older side of life the hill up to the guest house would be difficult. We had a fantastic time .

The view from the family room was lovely, looking out across the Porthmeor Beach. Gavin and Charlotte were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, it was plentiful and more than enough to set you up for the day. Would definitely recommend a visit and hope to go back ourselves in the future.

I stayed here for one night and wished it could have been longer. The owners are such lovely, welcoming and helpful people. The room I stayed in was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and a very easy 5 minute walk to Tate gallery, beach and everything else. Breakfast was excellent with nice options available, I highly recommend the smoked haddock with poached egg! The owners have made such a nice job of the decor and details. I will definitely be back.
