The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. "Very kind and attentive staff. Hotel was nice for a layover in San Francisco. Our flight got in late and the shuttle stops at 11pm, so we had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items. "
