"Todo el personal del hotel fue muy servicial y atento a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Está muy bien ubicado y en pocos pasos se puede llegar a lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. La comida está bien , podría mejorar su presentación y el servicio de meseros tiene oportunidades de mejora. Al personal de recepción le faltó durante el check in recordar que el desayuno estaba incluido y su horario , cual era la clave de WiFi , informar la hora del check out , etc; de todo eso me di cuenta sólo preguntando ante las dudas. En general es muy cómodo y vale la pena quedarse siempre que voy a Cali."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cali, Colombia. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout my visit. I especially appreciated how well the hotel was maintained—my room was cleaned and refreshed every day, which made coming back after a long day very comfortable. One of the things that stood out most was the sense of security. The property felt safe at all times, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind during my stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. There was a variety of options, but the hot food items were often not served at a temperature that I would consider truly hot. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cali. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service."

"On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city but the room was truly no more than 2 stars st best! Such a shame because it was a great property 8 years ago."

"Great location and service. They helped me with everything I requested. Good breakfast. Please check you minibar prices they are are excessive for a hotel this range, the are as expensive as a 5 stars hotel. Bathroom could be bigger compared with the size of the rooms but they are OK for short trips. Sometimes staff in the kitchen/restaurant are could be loud as they speak or play music that doesn't match the hotel's regular playlist. I expected a little bit more of silence on weekends."
