"Thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay! The service was unmatched and the breakfast was delicious. The AC worked great. The standard rooms were a little small but still doable. The area makes it a bit difficult to get to the city center with traffic patterns, so just make sure you plan ahead. "

The property is clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast well-stocked with plenty of variety, and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help. "1. poor reservation system forcing me to move; inflexible staff 2. inadequate room assignment policy. I wanted a room upstairs, but there was apparently no availability. Early next moring I saw two open unused rooms 3. poor bathroom: shower works hardly 4. low cost facility with low standards. This could be made very nice with some investment 5. Second night at Casa Quero. Just a bit more expensive, but miles nicer "
