"Absolutely beautiful room with views of the ocean. The hotel is spectacular and the staff were very kind and helpful. Walking distance to everything you’d need in Camogli. All instructions on access were very clear. No parking on site but a paid lot is near by or the hotel offers paid valet. Pet friendly hotel is a great plus. We didn’t have our pup with us but love that it is offered. Great stay overall ! "

"I thought the hotel was beautiful and the setting was fantastic. I loved the spa and amenities and we had a phenomenal dining experience at Le Cupole. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway with beautiful views and lovely sunsets on the Italian Riviera. "

"Having paid for a room with the 3 twin bed option, we had to pay €35 upgrade to get the 3 beds! Then, as we were given our room key cards, they mentioned that they were having some plumbing problems… didn’t specify. I asked if this would be sorted out today… “yes, we expect so”. The next morning, the water was freezing… we had to shower in that! It’s a 4* hotel… surely, there should be some sort of refund? Otherwise, the room was great!"
