"Very pleasant stay for 1 night attending a business meeting locally. They can use an extra pair of hands behind the bar for the early hours of the evening when there was a bit of a queue. Otherwise couldn't fault the place and will gladly be back again."

"It definitely had the old English charm that I was looking for. My room overlooked the waterway which was nice. There’s a Costco close enough to get anything you might have forgotten. The pub next door served the complementary breakfast and other meals throughout the day. On Friday night they had live entertainment which was very nice."

"Clean,friendly,lovely location and nice staff. For a three star it’s definitely only just missing out on being a four star as was hard to fault and we had a great two nights there. Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Will be staying again as loved our visit and did some great walking in the local area."
