"In a quiet central location, the only problems we had was they put us in a room (207) right next to the elevator which for the first night we had barely any sleep for the first few hours with people coming and going at late hours. Also, a horrible screeching noise not sure if it was from the elevator as well. When we complained the next morning they moved us to another room which was much better. There was nothing offered to make it up to us, but we didn't ask either. We were heading out and they said to pack our stuff and they would move it for us, not sure what happened but something was missing. The day we left some other couple was also complaining about the elevator noise, so obviously they know about it, either they can't repair because that's the way it is or it's not being serviced regularly. We paid for the breakfast for one morning and it was very good."

Useful to block street noise but not like normal balcony Roof terrace- while accessible, the bar was not open during our 6 day stay (late March 2026) even though it was warm and sunny "

"I booked the hotel to include the breakfast and I was very satisfied. Breakfast buffet was incredible, good food, varied options, plenty for everybody. The room was very clean and the staff did a very good job to keep it that way. "

"The hairdryer didn't work. No coffee in the room (there is tea but no milk). The room is clean and spacious. Gym was small and no water or towels in the gym. A bit of a walk (30 minutes) to the centre of Seville. The hotel is clean and modern. Mainly used by conferences "
