"Superb refurbished rooms & all round service "

"This is within easy walking distance from the bookshops of Church Street, and the old eating establishments like Konark, MTR (old branch), Koshy's. The service is a bit of a hit-and-miss: asked for a two person stay but got only one set of towels. For the rest, service was courteous and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant staying experience, especially if your work takes you to the center of Bangalore."

"Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. "My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
